Whether it’s an office meeting for 10, a formal dinner for 120, a theme reception, luncheon, corporate event, or a full-blown company–wide celebration, we guarantee timeliness, affordability, quality, and a 110% effort in supporting your needs.

Loveland CateringYour Director of Catering Events, Kristin Kling, will facilitate the planning, implementation and execution of your dining pleasure—menu offerings, theme creation, food prep, food presentation and wait staff. Because we are catering professionals, you can rest assured that no catering detail is too small and nothing is overlooked.

Quotes.

Quotes for your function will be sent via email as soon as possible after we plan and meet. All quotes will be signed off with the person in charge. A deposit is required to do your event, and if you need to cancel please do so with at least 7 days notices.

Extras and Fees.

Catering VanIf your event is Monday through Friday at Group and between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., you will not be charged for the room.

Weekend and after-hour room rates range from $100.00 to $500.00 depending on space. If your function is after hours or on weekends, there is a charge of $75.00 an hour with a 2-hour minimum on weekdays and 4-hour minimum on Saturday or Sunday (for staff to be on property).

Room set-up and break-down fee is $125.00 for parties under 100 people; $150 for more than 100.

Table linens are $6.25 each, based on 8 people per table. Linens will be provided on your food buffet area.

If you would like to have your meal plated and served to your guests, there will be an additional charge of $2.50/plate.
