Holly Marlof- Catering Cordinator/ Front of House Senior Barista
Holly Marlof joined the Cafe Team in December of 2008, as a Barista, She is also our Catering go to gal, from setting up the function, helping to cook the food, serving, delivery and of course clean up. Holly prides herself, on making sure you function is a sucess. Holly is married to her high school sweet heart Chris and has two wonderful kids. In her free time she enjoys,being the homeroom Mom for both of her children. Workingout Boot Camp Style, camping ,being creative, boating- just got a boat, looking forward to many afternoons on the lake with friends and family.I am grateful to have Holly on our team she brings alot laughter to our day.

I was hired in August of 2004, I was given six short weeks to open a the Cafe. I had to order food, develop standards, write menus, hire a great team, order and set up all equipment in the kitchen and dining room. It was a hard, many hours in those six weeks but we did it, On October 11th, 2004 we opened. We even had a line of people when the doors opened. I truly love my job and the people I work with as well as all the customers I get to serve. I have been cooking for over 25 years now and I am truly blessed to work at Group Publishing and the Fireside Cafe I could not picture myself being anywhere else!
